Philosophy

Coach the person, not the problem.

Each person’s unique story shapes how the world sees her. Soozan helps clients articulate values, build confidence, and discover themselves.

Coach with curiosity, not advice.

Soozan asks clients soul-searching questions to enhance leadership skills, drive performance, and better professional relationships.

Empathy, active listening, and intuition are at the heart of Soozan’s coaching practice.

The Ins & Outs of Professional Coaching

While coaching can share certain aspects with consulting and therapy, it is a distinct and separate practice focused on the person and the future, all in a business context. A minimum of ten sessions, conducted every other week, is suggested.

Coaching Process

Soozan will begin all coaching engagements with a Values Exercise Assessment, modified from the Experiential Learning Institute, to tap into client’s driving principles in an effort to make better and more informed decisions.

1. Get Acquainted

and decide if the coaching-client relationship clicks.

2. Uncover

clients’ true values, strengths, and challenges.

3. Stay Accountable

with regular meetings to guide process and reaffirm progress.

4. Celebrate

ongoing personal realizations and the transformative mindset.
